You should get enough sleep every night, Even if you don’t have much time to sleep because your studies or job, you should not force your body to work without any rest. Try to find a decent time to rest between your jobs, try to finish your job before night so you can have enough sleeping time at night. You will need at least 7 hours of sleeping every night, and it is the most recommended amount of sleeping time.
