The first thing you need to do is to make exercising schedule. Try to find vacant time between your works or study. Try to make at least two hours of exercising every week. Two hours is enough time to start exercising, but if you think this is too short, and you have plenty of free time, then you can add more time, 3 or 4 hours per weeks. Most people work on week days, so most people will have free time on their weekends. Weekends are the perfect time to do your exercise. Try to do it on Saturday and Sunday morning.
Choose light exercise to start. Choose exercise like jogging or cycling that doesn’t really need skill, doesn’t cost you too much, and it is pretty easy and straightforward exercise.
